Core philosophy: give chance to the doers, build stage for the able, and
allow standing and benefit to the achieved; talent-oriented, and recruit
employees of skills and talents
Principle 1 of ability and integrity: talents are chosen by overall
criteria according to the requirements on ability and integrity, in terms of
seeking for those with integrity and ability and rejecting mediocre employee
with morality but without ability and mean employee with ability but without
morality
Principle 2 of “theory of effectiveness”: as for our policy for recruitment
of talents, we consider more their degree than ability and more their diploma
that skill, regardless of their social standing, academic degree and age, and
any employees of better accomplishment than their colleagues and with
outstanding performance will be assigned key position and important task. At
present, our technical staffs and mid-level executives are about 35 years old in
average, and workshop directors are about 30 years old in average. Although
they’re young, and some of them are not high in academic degree, all of them are
able, robust and good at respective work. By upholding the mechanism of “theory
of effectiveness”, a lot of employees of ability and integrity emerge and become
the backbone of our business development.
Principle 3 of “practice first”: “a true jade is tested by baking for three
days, and a man of talent is found for seven full years.” In the past, various
types of professionals recruited by us were assigned for working at production
line at first, aiming to improve their ability from practice, and then chosen
the best by open exam.
Principle 4 of “survival of the fittest”: In selection of man of talents,
we’ve realized transformation from “Bole judging good horse” to “Choosing good
horse from race”, that is, the employees of the best performance are assigned
key position, or else, the employees of poor performance are eliminated.
Principle 5 of “everyone is talent”: In our policy on use of talents, we
avoid modeled and mystified mechanism in terms of right employee for right
position according to ability and skill. Any employee making most of his ability
and wisdom in right position is regarded to some extent as a talent. According
to this principle, we assign each employee to his suited position by level,
specialty, experience and character for the sake of making full use of talent
and ability, so as to promote continuous, rapid and effective development of the
enterprise.
